Who looks after your data

BRHIX is responsible (the controller) for the data processed on this site. For any privacy matter, including reaching our data protection officer, write to contact@brhix.net.

What data we collect

• Form: name, email, company and, if you wish, a message.
• Technical access data: IP address and browser information, used by the bot check and to protect the site.
• Language cookie: stores only the language you choose.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

• Talking to you about BRHIX: your consent, given in the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Protecting the form and the site against abuse: our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

Where it is kept and for how long

The site does not store the form in a database. Your submission goes straight to the team's inbox by email, and the team keeps your contact for up to 12 months or until you ask us to delete it. Technical operating logs do not contain the form and stay with the hosting provider for a few days.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers that make the site work:

• Cloudflare, for hosting, the bot check and email forwarding;
• Proton, for the team's mailbox.

They may process data in other countries, with the contractual safeguards the law requires. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies

The only cookie is the language one (lang), valid for one year. We use no tracking cookies or analytics tools.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for:

• confirmation of and access to your data;
• correction;
• deletion;
• withdrawal of consent;
• information on who we share it with.

Write to contact@brhix.net and we will reply within 15 days. You can also file a complaint with the competent data protection authority (ANPD).

Changes to this notice

When this notice changes, we update the date at the top.
